When evaluating your job, we’ll tell you how much time it will take based on your specific circumstances, before we start. If that doesn’t fit on that day, we can easily schedule a time that suits you best.

All of Jim’s Air Conditioning technicians are either registered HVAC technicians, plumbers, gas fitters or electricians. They are fully qualified to do all of your air conditioning work.

It can take less than an hour* for one of our technicians to be ringing your doorbell from the time you contact our friendly call centre.

We sure do. There are a range of payment plans available that are simple to apply for, don’t need a deposit and don’t make you pay interest.

We are available on every single day of the year and that includes all weekends and public holidays.

Our vans are equipped with facilities to process any card payments from MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept cash and cheques.

There is a 12 month warranty on all of our workmanship. We also have $20 million public liability insurance.

Our van tracking technology allows us to give you a courtesy call telling you when your technician is half an hour away.

Because Jim’s offers agreed fixed prices there are never any surprises on your bill. The wok will cost what is agreed upfront before work starts.
